SET YOUR STUDENT UP FOR SUCCESS
Personal development coaching for high school and college students
Helping ambitious young people discover their strengths and tackle life with confidence.
Is your high school or college-aged child at a pivotal moment in their life?
Maybe they feel like they…
Don’t know what to do with their life?
Don’t know if (or where) they should go to college?
Don’t know what to major in?
Don’t know what internships to go after?
Don’t know what kind of jobs to apply to?
Don’t know how to “sell” themselves in an interview—especially if they’re just starting out?
Don’t know how to standout as an employee or advance in their career?
Young people often have to make difficult choices about what direction to go in life. But those choices aren’t risk-free. Wasting time and money on degrees, schools, jobs that are not aligned with your strengths is a one-way ticket toward frustration and hardship in your 20s…and possibly beyond.
Many young people spend the best years of their life struggling to figure out which path is right for them…
But it doesn’t need to be that way.
Hi! I’m Anna, and this is my story.
I know what it’s like to be confused about what to do with your life. In college, I chose my majors (English and Communication) simply because those degrees didn’t require any math classes. I went on to get an MBA—not because I loved numbers or business, but simply because the financial services company where I worked offered to pay for it.
Early in my career, I accepted certain jobs just because they were offered to me…even when I went into the interview thinking, “There’s no way I’d want to work here.” And yet, I still worked there. I didn’t have good coaching or advice when I was 22. I was on my own.
In the end, I ended up spending years of my life searching, instead of fully living. What kind of work did I actually want to do? What kind of life did I want to build? How could I set myself up for a successful future? I didn’t have those answers, and so I ended up spending some of the best years of my life guessing at them—and often getting it wrong.
That is what I want you and your young adult to avoid experiencing.
If I had had me as a coach when I was 17 years old, my life journey would’ve been very, very different. I would’ve figured out much more quickly who I really am, what I really want, and the kind of life and career I want to build.
Today, as a Gallup and ICF certified coach, that is the exact work I do now: helping people discover and build lives around their unique personal strengths, so they can feel confident making choices that will lead them to the life and career they want.
We all have to earn money somehow. We might as well earn it doing something that we’re good at, and we might as well be proactive about it. I believe that you don’t have to guess at what it is. You can know for sure what your strengths are, and then confidently pursue a professional life that is both fulfilling and enjoyable.

Personal development coaching that gives young people the confidence, clarity, and direction they need to thrive.
Millions of young people in their teens and early twenties often struggle to figure out who they truly are, where they truly belong, and what direction to go in life.
Why? Because when it comes to identifying and building confidence in the unique strengths that make them, them, they’re often left to fend for themselves. Most of the time, it’s personal work that they didn’t even know they needed to do.
As a result, they end up spending some of the best years of their lives struggling to find the right path for them.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
Personal development coaching will help your child discover and learn to take advantage of their unique personal strengths, giving them the power to…
Make confident decisions about their future.
Sidestep years of agonizing guesswork about what direction to head in life.
Become grounded and steady, even in the face of big decisions and life changes.
Create stronger, healthier, more productive relationships.
Know how to proactively position themselves for success.
“Anna made me feel excited about my future. I was intimidated by upcoming internship job interviews because I didn't know how to talk about myself. Anna helped me identify the things that I’m good at and explained how they were specifically relevant for the job I was applying for.
Through a mock interview, she gave me tips on what employers are looking for, how to hone my message, and why my experience and strengths were valuable for the job. Once I knew what to talk about and focus on, I felt confident going into my interviews and even got an offer!

We aren’t talking about that “fake it ‘til you make it” stuff. We’re talking about the strong, steely confidence that comes from knowing who you are, what you want, and where you’re going in life.

Young people in their teens and early twenties often have to make difficult choices, with only limited information. Should they go to college? Which college? Where? Why? What should they study? Where should they intern? What kind of job should they get? Where should they live? This coaching helps them wrangle all that uncertainty and discover the right path for them, so they can walk it with confidence and clarity.
-
It’s one of the most valuable things that a young person can possess as they’re getting started in life. This coaching gives young people a safe, supportive environment to investigate and reflect on who they are and what they truly value. It gives them the knowledge and encouragement they need to own who they are and appreciate the value of their unique abilities. This helps young people avoid letting low self-esteem, comparison, or what others have said about them determine how they feel and what they do in life.
-
This work helps young people come to better know and accept who they authentically are. That builds true confidence, ultimately giving them a strong foundation for building a healthier relationship with themself and others.
-
This coaching isn’t just an intellectual exercise. Whatever your child is struggling with, this custom coaching experience is designed to help them find the answer. Whether it’s picking a school, deciding on a major, thinking about their career, or any of the many other difficult choices that young people face, this experience is designed to help them chart a path forward with the kind of confidence that comes from truly knowing yourself.
What if you could give your child a shortcut to knowing who they are, what they love, and what they want to spend their life doing?

About The Coach
As a Gallup and ICF certified strengths coach, I help entrepreneurs, executives, working professionals, and young people unlock and unleash their hidden strengths.
But that’s not where I started—not even close. I’ve been a marketer, a saleswoman, a project manager, and an MBA student. I’ve owned multiple businesses, including a boutique handmade undergarment service. (Yes, really. And I can still whip up one heck of a custom bra.)
But one day, I realized a hard truth: If you don’t build your career, business, and life around your authentic, natural strengths, there will always be a ceiling on your success…and your happiness.
And my natural strength? It's helping other people find theirs, so they can confidently move forward in any area of life. I work with my clients to identify and unleash the superpowers that they didn’t even know they had. Through our work together, they find the confidence, clarity, and affirmation they need to take that next big step forward in life—whatever it may be.
I also work with executives, business owners, and working professionals.
“Before working with Anna I wasn’t sure what major to choose or what college I wanted to go to. It was really stressful. But because of working with her I learned what my strengths are and how to look at them with appreciation and to think about what types of jobs I’d be good at.
With that new knowledge I also overall learned a lot about myself and ended up writing my college application essay off of what I learned. I am very appreciative of all that I learned about myself and it helped me make decisions down the road whether it be college related or everyday life related.
